1. Digital Asset Protocol
Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital software artifacts, all deployments of premium feature sets, ad-free licenses, or virtual goods within M.Dev Studios applications are categorized as non-refundable once the digital content has been provisioned to the user's account or device.
2. Google Play Ecosystem Refunds
Our financial transactions are routed exclusively through the Google Play Store infrastructure. For transactions under 48 hours, users are encouraged to utilize the automated refund request systems provided by Google Play.
- Transactions < 48 hours: Processed directly via Google Play Support.
- Subscription artifacts: Managed via the 'Payments & Subscriptions' hub in the Play Store.
- Regional variations: Google's specific regional refund statutes will govern all transactions.
3. Technical Failure Exceptions
In the event of a verified systemic failure where digital assets were paid for but not correctly provisioned by our server architecture, we will intervene. Please transmit yourTRANSACTION_IDto our support lead for manual auditing.
